RETURNS
Refunds are not available for design services or customized stationery. Sweetly Said Press cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to errors approved by the client in the final proof. Please review your proof carefully. Errors created on our behalf will be remediated as quickly as possible in the form of a reprint, not a refund. If you have a time sensitive order, please review your order as soon as it arrives. 

CANCELLATIONS
If we have not started your order, we will refund your order with a cancellation. If we started designing your order, we will refund your order less $100. After the initial design phase, we cannot cancel your order. Refunds are only issued up to 180 days from purchase date. 

Please report any damages incurred during shipment upon receipt or lost packages. We do not replace stolen packages. To prevent a stolen package, please request delivery with signature required. We will not select this shipping option unless requested.

INK AND PAPER COLORS 
Due to the nature of letterpress printing, slight variations and irregularities are to be expected. Sweetly Said Press hand-mixes ink that may vary from different print runs. We try to match your letterpress ink as closely as we can to any requested colors, swatches, photos, or Pantone numbers. Since ink colors can vary from each print run, we recommend ordering coordinating items together, for example, invitations, programs, and menus. Due to monitor display, the ink colors in the digital proofs or Etsy listing, may appear differently in person. 

CALLIGRAPHY, PRINTED ENVELOPES AND ADDRESS LABELS
Envelopes will be addressed EXACTLY how you provide the address. Do not include any information you do not want on the envelope. This includes hidden rows. We will only use one complied list for the addresses. If you have changes to your list, please resubmit your list given we have not printed your addresses. We cannot provide single or small batches of addressed envelopes after your order is complete and shipped without an additional charge and shipping fee.

ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

PAYMENT is required upfront for all custom printed items. After purchase, we will start your digital proofs. We do not provide custom digital proofs prior to payment. 

SAMPLES Due to the nature of custom letterpress, Sweetly Said Press does not offer printed samples of your customized stationery; however, we can send samples of previous work. Please contact us to request free samples and paper swatches.  

EXPEDITING is available starting at $100. Please contact Sweetly Said Press for details on expediting an order or express shipping. We usually cannot accept expedited orders during the months of October, November and December, so be sure to check with us if you need your order sooner. 

TIMING varies based on the complexity of the design as well as added elements that may increase production time. The timing also varies by your response to drafts and revisions via email. If we foresee a longer production time, we will notify you upon purchase or prior to purchase, if applicable. We recommend ordering wedding invitations early so it doesn't come down to the wire. Our number #1 recommendation for what to consider when ordering wedding stationery is to order early. You can expect 2-3 weeks for birth announcements or holiday cards, and 4-6 weeks for wedding invitations. 

MINIMUM ORDER The minimum quantity for most custom letterpress invitations, announcements, and holiday cards is 50. We understand there are many of inquiries for showers and parties invitations in which less than 50 invitations are needed. We are thrilled you love the designs, however, the initial cost of set up for a custom letterpress print prohibits charging less than a quantity of 50.  Please inquire about flat printing for quantities less than 50. 

REPRINTS There is a set up fee of $50 per letterpress color for reprints plus the cost of the stationery. We recommend allowing for extras in your initial order. 

DESIGNS We understand some clients see stationery elsewhere that they would like to share when describing what they like. We can use the photos for inspiration only as we cannot copy another designer's work. This also applies to copyright artwork (i.e. Disney characters, green tractors with yellow wheels, sports team logos, etc, which are copyrighted). Although, we can use ideas to convey the theme or style. If you have seen stock artwork that you would like to use, we can purchase the art with the applicable license. If you have original artwork that you would like us to print, we can use it if the artist has agreed. You can always ask us about your specific project prior to purchase. 

POSTAGE We are happy to provide a final weight of your stationery for postage rates. However, we recommend that you take your sealed cards or invitations to the Post Office to inquire about the postage rate. If an envelope is non-machinable, it will require a surcharge. This can be due to size of envelope, square envelope, reflective foil, ribbons, tags, wax seals, calligraphy, slanted addressing, transparent envelopes, and so on. Due to recent changes by the United States Post Office, there are no options for custom postage (Although, we are hopeful it will come back in the future). 

NOTE We may use a photo of finished stationery on our website, Etsy, and Instagram. We will remove or hide addresses, email addresses and website passwords. Please let us know if you prefer that your card is not shared online. If you would like us to remove your card from our website, please just let us know. We would LOVE to see your photos of your stationery. You can share via email or tag us @sweetlysaidpress.

SHIPPING
Shipping is provided via Fedex Ground, UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us for expedited shipping options. Tracking is available for all shipments. Ground shipping and USPS shipping timeframes are not guaranteed. The tracking email will be sent via Etsy, PayPal, or Stamps.com.

This next part is very important and comes up extremely often.... please double check the shipping address at time of purchase. We know with the life changes that goes along with the momentous stationery we print, a change of address is often part of it. We will not automatically change the shipping address based on the address you provided for the return address on your envelopes. We will ship to the address on the online order or invoice. If you need to change the shipping address after purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. 

We cannot accommodate scheduling deliveries if you are out of town. Please use UPS My Choice to schedule your delivery once your package ships.
