Step No. 1
We want to hear about your wedding plans to inspire the design. You can share a couple adjectives to let us run wild, or provide specific ideas and inspirational images. We want our role in your wedding planning to be easy and enjoyable. We will provide a detailed pricing quote for your wedding suite. Once you are ready to move forward, we will send an invoice.

Step No. 2
After receiving payment, we will follow up within 24-48 hours to get all the details to start drafting the pdf proofs. We can help with wording, and any questions regarding stationery etiquette.

Step No. 3
We start drafting! Depending on the designs, artwork, and customization, we will send the pdf proofs to your email address in approximately 3 days- 1 week.

Step No. 4
Provide your feedback with changes or suggestions. We will provide the revised draft, and you can request further edits. Although, we do not cap the revisions, three iterations is typical. Once the final proof is approved, we will move to print! If you have a balance due, we will send the final invoice.

Step No. 5
Our production time is 2-3 weeks from the final approval. Orders with assembly or calligraphy will have a slightly longer turnaround time.

Step No. 6
Shipped! Sweetly Said ships via United States Post Office and FedEx. All orders are shipped with tracking. If you have a preference or would like to request expedited shipping, please let us know.

Step No. 7
Add postage stamps to the reply envelopes. We include a sample of how to layer your wedding invitation suite. If you included full assembly and stamps in your order, you are already set to mail.

Send to your invitations to your friends and family!

Let us know your style preferences and we will discuss options. We will provide a detailed pricing quote for your announcements. Once you are ready to move forward, we will send an invoice.

After receiving payment, we will follow up within 24-48 hours for the baby stats and photo to start drafting the pdf proofs. 

Step No. 3 
We start drafting! Depending on the designs, artwork, and customization, the timing ranges from approximately 2-3 days.

Step No. 4
Provide your feedback with changes or suggestions. We will provide the revised draft, and you can request further edits. Once the final proof is approved, we will move to print! If you have a balance due, we will send the final invoice.
