Step No. 1 
Let us know your style preferences and we will discuss options. You can view the BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT PRICING GUIDE, or let us know what you have in mind along with quantity, and we will provide a detailed pricing quote for your wedding suite. Once you are ready to move forward, we will send a payment link. 

Step No. 2 
After receiving payment, we will follow up within 24-48 hours for the baby stats and photo to start drafting the pdf proofs. 

Step No. 3 
We start drafting! Depending on the designs, artwork, and customization, the timing ranges from approximately 2-3 days. We will send the pdf proofs to the email address that you provide during checkout. 

Step No. 4
Provide your feedback with changes or suggestions. We will provide the revised draft, and you can request further edits. Once the final proof is approved, we will move to print! If you have a balance due, we will send the final invoice. 

Step No. 6 
Our production time is 2.5 weeks from the final approval. Orders with assembly or calligraphy will have a slightly longer turnaround time. 

Step No. 7 
Shipped! Sweetly Said ships via United States Post Office, UPS and FedEx. All orders are shipped with tracking. If you have a preference or would like to request expedited shipping, please let us know. Please double check that your shipping address is up-to-date on PayPal. The address used for payment is the address we will ship to instead of the address used on the proof.
