Step No. 1 
Once you are ready to place an order, you can submit the Request a Quote form. We will send a quote to submit and purchase your order to begin the proof process. You do not need a PayPal account and are able purchase with a credit card. 
For guest checkout on PayPal, select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" that is below the login (you may need to scroll down slightly).

Step No. 2 
After receiving your payment, we will follow up for the text details and photo to start drafting the proofs. Depending on the designs, artwork, and customization, the timing ranges from approximately 1-4 days to send the initial proofs. We will send the electronic proofs to the email address that you provide during checkout. 

Step No. 3 
Provide your feedback with edits or suggestions, and we will email the revised proof. Once the final proof is approved, we will move forward to print. If you have a balance due, we will send the final invoice. 

Step No. 4 
Our production time is 2-3 weeks from the final approval. Orders with add-ons, such as wax seals and edge painting, will have a slightly longer turnaround.

Step No. 5 
Shipped! Sweetly Said ships via UPS (most commonly) and United States Post Office. All orders are shipped with tracking. If you would like to purchase expedited shipping, please let us know. PLEASE double check that your shipping address is up-to-date on PayPal or Etsy. The address used for payment is the address we will use for the shipping instead of the address used on the stationery.
