how does it work?

the Process

The last day to order holiday cards is November 23rd, which will have an estimated ship date of December 11th. However, please keep in mind that we may sell out weeks before this anticipated deadline. 

Step No. 1 
Once you are ready to place an order, submit the Request a Quote form. We will send a quote to submit and purchase your order.

Step No. 2 
After receiving your payment, we will follow up for the text details and photo to start drafting your proofs. Depending on the designs, artwork, and customization, the timing ranges from approximately 2-4 days to send the initial proofs. We will send the electronic proofs to the email address that you provide during checkout. 

Step No. 3 
Provide your feedback with edits or suggestions, and we will email the revised proof. Once the final proof is approved, we will move forward to print. If you have a balance due, we will send the final invoice. 

Step No. 4 
Our production time is 2-3 weeks from the final approval. Orders with certain add-ons, such as wax seals, envelope liners, edge painting, will have a longer turnaround time. 

Step No. 5 
Shipped! Sweetly Said ships via UPS (most commonly) and United States Post Office. All orders are shipped with tracking. If you would like to purchase expedited shipping, please let us know. PLEASE NOTE that the address used for payment is the address we will use for the shipping instead of the address used on the stationery.
