how does it work?

the Process

Step No. 1 
Browse our letterpress holiday card designs and let us know your style preferences. You can view the Holiday Card Pricing, or request a quote. Once you are ready to move forward, you can submit the quote or email us. We will send a PayPal invoice to purchase your order and begin the proof process. You do not need a PayPal account and are able purchase with a credit card. 

Step No. 2 
After receiving your payment, we will follow up for the text details and photo to start drafting the proofs. 

Step No. 3 
We start drafting! Depending on the designs, artwork, and customization, the timing ranges from approximately 1-4 days. We will send the proofs to the email address that you provide during checkout. 

Step No. 4
Provide your feedback with changes or suggestions. We will provide the revised draft, and you can request further edits. Once the final proof is approved, we will move forward to print. If you have a balance due, we will send the final invoice. 

Step No. 6 
Our production time is 2-2.5 weeks from the final approval. Orders with add-ons, such as wax seals and edge painting, will have a slightly longer turnaround.

Step No. 7 
Shipped! Sweetly Said ships via UPS, United States Post Office, and FedEx. All orders are shipped with tracking. If you have a preference or would like to purchase expedited shipping, please let us know. Please double check that your shipping address is up-to-date on PayPal or Etsy. The address used for payment is the address we will ship to instead of the address used on the stationery.
